Bellies down 2-0 in semi fianls

After a tough game 1 loss at home to open up the series, game two was at Cam Neely with the Bellies looking to tie up the series.  Tye Belanger with the start after going in for Alexis Buque in game 1.


Again the Burrards off to a fast start as they opened up with  4-0 first period lead. New West with 19 minutes in penalties to Maple Ridge Burrards 4 after 20.


Bunny opened it up with an early goal and New West added two more to close the gap and now trailed 6-3 after two periods.


It was Ridge with 5 in the third and sealed the win 11-5 to take a 2-0 lead in the series.


Game three back at Queens Park Arena Monday August 6th at 7:30PM.
