CAN I BUY TICKETS IN PERSON?
Yes, a limited number of paper tickets are being printed and will be available at the Queens Park Office from 10-4 (or until they run out) on September 6. The Queen's Park Office is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Any paper tickets remaining will be added to the on-line platform.
Can I call pay by phone or order ahead of time?
No, sorry.
Are in-person sales first-come first-served?
Yes, and we predict that we will run out of tickets, so get there early. Ticket sales will end when the paper tickets are gone.
Is there a maximum number of tickets I can buy?
Yes, no more than 6 of any kind per person at the Box Office.
And no more than 10 tickets of each type per order via Ticket Tailor.
DOES THE BOX OFFICE ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS?
Yes.
Is there an ATM at the arena?
No, sorry.
Can I share my tickets with others?
Yes, using the app you can either email the tickets to others, or print and physically distribute them.
Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used by another person.
ARE SEATS RESERVED?
No, all seats are general admission, except for seats with Season Ticket Holder stickers.
I'M A SEASON TICKET HOLDER. DO I GET MY USUAL SEAT?
Yes, if you buy a ticket to the game, you may sit in your usual place.
CAN I BUY A MANN CUP PASS?
No, sorry. You must buy your tickets separately.
When will tickets for games 5, 6 and 7 go on sale?
On-line tickets will begin within minutes after we become aware that these games are needed.
If additional games are needed, paper ticket sales will open the next day from 10-4 (or until tickets are gone).
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
If you purchased on-line and need a refund anytime up to 2 hours (this is a firm time) before the game, you can email us here. We will reimburse the ticket cost (but the fee is not reimbursed.) We cannot refund a part of your order.
Refunds are not possible for paper tickets.
ARE THERE FEES FOR TICKET SALES?
Yes for online tickets. No for paper tickets.
I BOUGHT A TICKET FROM SOMEONE ONLINE AND IT DIDN'T WORK AT THE GATE. CAN I BE REIMBURSED OR GIVEN A REAL TICKET?
Do not buy electronic tickets from others. They are a scam and we cannot reimburse you because the tickets are not real.
CAN I TRANSFER TICKETS TO A DIFFERENT GAME IF I DON'T USE THEM? OR Can I transfer a ticket for a webscast?

CAN I TRANSFER TICKETS THAT I PURCHASED TO OTHERS?
Yes, this is possible with both paper and on-line tickets.

No, only credentialed media can do so.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking is never easy at Queens Park, so arrive early and be prepared to walk a bit. DO NOT PARK IN SPOTS RESERVED FOR PLAYERS, DISABLED PEOPLE OR ALUMNI. YOU WILL BE TOWED.
IS MY WLA PASS VALID / LEFTOVER REGULAR SEASON TICKET / SPONSOR TICKET VALID FOR THE MANN CUP?

ARE THERE FOOD SOURCES AT THE GAME?
Yes, there are food trucks out front and a concession inside.
CAN I GO OUTSIDE AND COME BACK IN?
Yes, but you must leave via the designated front door. If you leave via a fire exit, you won't be able to return.
Are there family sections at the arena? Can I DRINK a beer during the game?
Yes, there are designated non-alcohol sections in the North end of the arena. Patrons can drink a beer (but it must be purchased from our Beer Garden) in the remaining 80% of the building.
I know someone on the team. Can I get a free ticket or a promo code?
The lacrosse community is very close-knit and there are many close relationships, but it is expensive to operate a high-level club in 2023. Please do your part to help us keep producing quality teams buy buying a ticket.
